Thesis: The impact of firms’ intangible assets on the value-creation process

My PhD in Strategic Management investigated how intangible assets, within the framework of intellectual capital, influence value creation and firm performance. Using an empirical model based on Serbian firms, the research demonstrated that human and structural capital are key drivers of competitiveness and sustainable growth, exceeding the impact of traditional physical assets.
